- Think carefully and choose a
teacher you like and trust.
- Choose a time after lessons or
during lunch break when the teacher has a few minutes.
- They should listen to you and will
care about you.
- They may ask to speak to one of
your parents or carers. You need to think which one of them would be best to
talk to and tell the teacher.
- If you don’t want the teacher to
talk to your mum or dad, then think of another adult that you trust.
- If they think that you are unsafe
at home, they may have to tell Social Services.
- They should always tell you what is
happening and whom they are speaking to. If they don’t then just ask them.

home are: |

grown-up friend.
- Someone
you know from your church or place of worship.
